You can make a reservation by calling (607) 539-6810 or sending an email to reservations@eaglesrestbb.com. Reservations are confirmed with full payment in advance.

We recommend booking the special-event weekends well in advance. They are high-demand periods. A minimum two night stay is required for graduation dates and/or large college weekends. Special-event weekends include: Cornell University Freshman Orientation, Homecoming weekend, Family weekend, Ithaca College Family weekend, Law School graduation/Ithaca College Graduation weekend and Cornell University Graduation weekend.

Rates

Room rates range from $100 (off-peak) to $175 (peak) per night based on seasonal demand, plus 13% room tax.

We welcome children of all ages. Although the rooms are well appointed they are very modest in size.  Crib and cot available.

Cancellation

Fifteen days notice is required for cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge. NO REFUNDS for graduations/special event weekends unless made 60 days in advance. Cancellation charge is equal to your deposit of one night’s stay. Early departures and cancellations will be refunded for days not stayed only if we are able to rebook the days; and your refund, if any, would be determined and sent to you after the intended reservation date. A non-refundable $25 administrative fee is applied to all confirmed reservation changes or cancellations.
